Safety - Setting a New Standard for Inductions for RWE

Over the last year Myriad Global Media has been delivering a wide range of high quality HSE inductions for a range of facilities including offshore platforms, onshore plants and offshore wind farms. Work includes a range of inductions for RWE Dea (UK) for the new Clipper South and Breagh gas platforms for manned and unmanned operation.

For the Breagh development, three induction packages were required encompassing key phases including hook-up, drilling and operations. Within each package a menu offers a selection of clips including the overall induction, and detailed clips on life rafts, lifejackets, davit launched lifeboats, abandonment suits and donuts.

For Clipper South four separate induction packages were required covering four key phases including pre-drilling, drilling, well stimulation and fraccing.

Our aim in this and other projects has been to create an induction that is engaging for the intended audience with key reinforcement of learning points at key stages to encourage better information retention from the audience, and above all ensure the safety of RWE Dea (UK) staff.
