Kwame Nkrumah FPSO Graphics

The 2D graphics in this clip show the process by which the FPSO Kwame Nkrumah MV21 takes on oil and gas at the Jubilee Field, offshore ghana. The turret of the FPSO plays a key role as the meeting point between subsea structures and the surface. The turret of the Kwame Nkrumah MV21 allows the FPSO to rotate 360 degrees which is of great importance in the volatile conditions in the Gulf of Guinea. These graphics feature in ‘First Oil, Ghana’s Jubilee’, a twenty minute documentary film produced for the inauguration event of the Jubilee project in December 2010.
