A Matter of Urgency
Head of Shell LPG Michiel Boersma was keen to communicate key strategy messages to his employees working in over 60 countries around the world. In particular he wanted to communicate his support for visible leadership, accountability and customer focus. Myriad Global Media responded with A Matter of Urgency which went on to be hailed as Shell’s most effective internal communications video in 2000.
