For 20 years Myriad has been working with our clients in energy and industry to capture and communicate the learning from incidents to help their employees and contractors learn. This example for ADGAS was part of an interactive solution that users could use to access 20 hi-potential incidents via an interactive solution.

We work in close collaboration with clients to deploy specialists to gather imagery and interviews etc. as close after an incident as possible. We can also advise company personnel to capture data themselves in a format that we can then use.

We deploy our video cameramen, photographers, animators and copywriters to develop clear communication collateral that underlines the incident, the root cause, contributory causes and lessons learned. We then shape this into HSE electronic and printed reports for distribution, animations, videos with interviews and other electronic items for circulation as required.
