The brief.

Once a year, the entire ADNOC group stops for the same conversation.

Safety Day is taken seriously at a scale few companies attempt: every group company, every site, every audience, on the same day, around the same message. Supporting ADNOC’s HSE team, we collate and create the full suite of print and digital materials that carry that message, to a workforce that reads in many languages.

The opportunity.

Make safety impossible to walk past, in every language the workforce speaks.

Safety Day materials compete with everything else stuck to a wall, so the work treats the day’s message as a campaign, not signage: one consistent visual identity across every piece and every site, translated into Arabic, Hindi and Urdu so the message reaches people in the language they think in, not just the one on the org chart.

The work.

A group-wide campaign, collated, created, translated and shipped.

Working with the HSE team, we produce the full set of Safety Day materials, print and digital, managing everything through translation into Arabic, Hindi and Urdu and out to print, ready for the day across the ADNOC group. Year after year, within a long-running HSE communications partnership.

The impact.

One day’s launch, a quarter’s reminder.

Safety Day puts the campaign in front of the entire group at once, and the materials don’t come down when it ends: the assets stay up across sites for the rest of the quarter, working as a constant reminder long after the event. For a message where repetition saves lives, a campaign with a three-month afterlife is exactly the point.
