The brief.

A small team with a serious project, and a profile that hadn’t caught up.

Carbon Catalyst brought the Poseidon offshore CCS project to Perenco: a big idea from a lean company. To move both the company and the project along, they needed the profile to match, credible on first contact with emitters, acreage holders, funds and investors, regulators and policy makers. They asked us to build and run it, starting with the website that anchors everything else.

The opportunity.

A small company doesn’t need a big campaign. It needs a constant drumbeat.

Profile isn’t built in bursts; it’s built by showing up steadily, everywhere a stakeholder might check. So the retainer runs as a rhythm: a website that answers the sceptical ten-minute visitor plainly, social activity that keeps the company visible between milestones, a presence at the events that matter, and a dedicated news section so technical progress lives somewhere permanent rather than vanishing down a feed.

The work.

Designed, built and still in our care.

A WordPress platform presenting Carbon Catalyst’s projects, partnerships, technical expertise and contact points in a clean, accessible structure, supported by ongoing social content and event presence. We continue to manage the site and publish on the client’s behalf, keeping everything accurate, current and aligned with their strategy, so the drumbeat never stops and the front door never goes stale.

The impact.

A profile moving at the speed of the project.

The retainer gives Carbon Catalyst a presence that matches their ambition: a credible home online, steady visibility between milestones, and technical progress with a shelf life beyond social media. For a lean team carrying a project the size of Poseidon, that steady drumbeat does what a hiring spree couldn’t: it makes the company look as serious as the work is.
